Part 1

Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to Socialebox. By engaging our services, signing any contract, making any payment, or entering into any agreement — written, verbal, or digital — with Socialebox, you ("Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Socialebox ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") is a personal branding and social media agency providing services including but not limited to strategy, content creation, account management, and consulting.

2 Services

Socialebox offers the following categories of services:

  • Personal branding strategy and execution
  • Social media content creation and management (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Sales and lead generation consulting
  • Community building and growth services
  • Copywriting, ghostwriting, and content marketing
  • Webinar strategy and funnel design
  • One-on-one and group coaching/consulting

The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work ("SOW"). These Terms govern all such agreements.

3 Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, credit/debit cards, or any other method agreed upon in writing.

Late payments may result in suspension of services without liability to Socialebox. A late payment fee of 2% per month may be charged on overdue balances. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice and will not affect already-paid services.

4 No Refund Policy

⚠ Strictly No Refunds — No Exceptions

All payments made to Socialebox — in any form, under any circumstances, with or without a contract — are completely and irrevocably non-refundable.

This No Refund Policy applies without exception under all of the following circumstances:

  • Payment made via any method — UPI, bank transfer, cash, credit/debit card, cheque, cryptocurrency, or any other form
  • Payment made with or without a signed contract or service agreement
  • Payment made in full or in installments — each installment is non-refundable upon receipt
  • Payment made for services not yet commenced, partially completed, or fully delivered
  • Dissatisfaction with results, outcomes, or performance of the services
  • Change of mind, change of business direction, or withdrawal by the Client
  • Disputes arising from Client's failure to provide timely inputs, approvals, or cooperation
  • Circumstances beyond Socialebox's control (force majeure)

By making any payment to Socialebox — through any channel, with or without a contract — the Client expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that no refund shall be issued under any circumstances whatsoever. This policy is final, binding, and supersedes any verbal or informal representations to the contrary.

5 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, information, and approvals
  • Ensure all content and assets provided are owned by the Client or properly licensed
  • Cooperate with Socialebox in a professional and respectful manner
  • Not hold Socialebox liable for delays caused by the Client's own failure to deliver required inputs

6 Deliverables & Timelines

Timelines specified in proposals or SOWs are estimates. Socialebox will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late approvals, missing assets) will extend the timeline accordingly and do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

7 Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, frameworks, templates, and creative materials developed by Socialebox remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their own business purposes. Socialebox reserves the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

9 Limitation of Liability

Socialebox does not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, Client's offering, and audience response. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialebox's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 30 days preceding any claim.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due. Termination does not entitle the Client to any refund of amounts already paid, regardless of the reason for termination.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

13 Amendments

Socialebox reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email or our website. Continued engagement after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1 Introduction

Socialebox is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you engage with our services or communicate with us in any manner.

By using our services or sharing your information with us, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2 Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal identification: name, email address, phone number, business name
  • Financial information: billing address, payment method details (processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store card numbers)
  • Business information: brand assets, login credentials, business strategies, audience data
  • Communication records: emails, WhatsApp messages, call recordings (where consented)
  • Social media data: account analytics, audience demographics, engagement metrics
  • Usage data: website visits, cookies, IP addresses, browser type

3 How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver and improve our services

  • To process payments and maintain financial records
  • To send relevant marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

4 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with:

  • Service providers (e.g., cloud storage, payment processors, design tools) who assist in delivering our services
  • Legal authorities if required by law or court order
  • Business successors in the event of a merger or acquisition

All third parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

5 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted communications, access-controlled systems, and secure password management. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6 Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations — typically 5–7 years for financial records. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7 Social Media Account Access

When Clients grant Socialebox access to their social media accounts, we use that access solely to deliver agreed services. We do not post, modify, or share content outside the agreed scope. Clients may revoke access at any time; however, this does not entitle the Client to a refund.

8 Cookies

Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features may not function correctly as a result.

9 Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
