Socialebox ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") is a personal branding and social media agency providing services including but not limited to strategy, content creation, account management, and consulting.

The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work ("SOW"). These Terms govern all such agreements.
All fees are due as specified in your invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, credit/debit cards, or any other method agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may result in suspension of services without liability to Socialebox. A late payment fee of 2% per month may be charged on overdue balances. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice and will not affect already-paid services.
All payments made to Socialebox — in any form, under any circumstances, with or without a contract — are completely and irrevocably non-refundable.
This No Refund Policy applies without exception under all of the following circumstances:
By making any payment to Socialebox — through any channel, with or without a contract — the Client expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that no refund shall be issued under any circumstances whatsoever. This policy is final, binding, and supersedes any verbal or informal representations to the contrary.

Timelines specified in proposals or SOWs are estimates. Socialebox will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late approvals, missing assets) will extend the timeline accordingly and do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.
All original content, strategies, frameworks, templates, and creative materials developed by Socialebox remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their own business purposes. Socialebox reserves the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
Socialebox does not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, Client's offering, and audience response. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialebox's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due. Termination does not entitle the Client to any refund of amounts already paid, regardless of the reason for termination.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
Socialebox reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email or our website. Continued engagement after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
