We are a business coaching, consulting, and social media growth company with over 8 years of experience helping coaches, consultants, and online service providers grow their social media presence, scale their businesses, and monetize their expertise. Our services include online workshops, webinars, virtual summits, 1:1 consulting, digital courses, and social media management — delivered under the brands Socialebox and High On Sales.

Part 1

Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome. By engaging our services, signing any contract, making any payment, or entering into any agreement — written, verbal, or digital — with Socialebox or High On Sales, you ("Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply jointly to both brands operated under the same ownership:

  • Socialebox — a personal branding and social media agency offering strategy, content creation, account management, and consulting services
  • High On Sales (highonsales.com) — a sales education and personal branding brand offering coaching, training programs, webinar funnels, and Instagram/LinkedIn growth services

Both brands are collectively referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Company" throughout this document. Engaging either brand constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2 Services

Socialebox offers:

  • Personal branding strategy and execution
  • Social media content creation and management (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Community building and growth services
  • Copywriting, ghostwriting, and content marketing
  • Client account management (retainer-based)

High On Sales offers:

  • Sales education programs, courses, and coaching
  • Webinar strategy and funnel design
  • Instagram and LinkedIn personal branding for coaches, consultants, and founders
  • One-on-one and group sales coaching/consulting
  • Lead generation and revenue growth consulting

The specific scope of services for each engagement will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work ("SOW"). These Terms govern all such agreements across both brands.

3 Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, credit/debit cards, or any other method agreed upon in writing.

Late payments may result in suspension of services without liability to Socialebox. A late payment fee of 2% per month may be charged on overdue balances. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice and will not affect already-paid services.

4 No Refund Policy

⚠ Strictly No Refunds — No Exceptions

All payments made to Socialebox — in any form, under any circumstances, with or without a contract — are completely and irrevocably non-refundable.

This No Refund Policy applies without exception under all of the following circumstances:

  • Payment made via any method — UPI, bank transfer, cash, credit/debit card, cheque, cryptocurrency, or any other form
  • Payment made with or without a signed contract or service agreement
  • Payment made in full or in installments — each installment is non-refundable upon receipt
  • Payment made for services not yet commenced, partially completed, or fully delivered
  • Dissatisfaction with results, outcomes, or performance of the services
  • Change of mind, change of business direction, or withdrawal by the Client
  • Disputes arising from Client's failure to provide timely inputs, approvals, or cooperation
  • Circumstances beyond Socialebox's control (force majeure)

By making any payment to Socialebox — through any channel, with or without a contract — the Client expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that no refund shall be issued under any circumstances whatsoever. This policy is final, binding, and supersedes any verbal or informal representations to the contrary.

5 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, information, and approvals
  • Ensure all content and assets provided are owned by the Client or properly licensed
  • Cooperate with Socialebox in a professional and respectful manner
  • Not hold Socialebox liable for delays caused by the Client's own failure to deliver required inputs

6 Deliverables & Timelines

Timelines specified in proposals or SOWs are estimates. Socialebox will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late approvals, missing assets) will extend the timeline accordingly and do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

7 Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, frameworks, templates, and creative materials developed by Socialebox remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their own business purposes. Socialebox reserves the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

9 Limitation of Liability

Socialebox does not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, Client's offering, and audience response. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialebox's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 30 days preceding any claim.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due. Termination does not entitle the Client to any refund of amounts already paid, regardless of the reason for termination.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

13 Amendments

Socialebox reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email or our website. Continued engagement after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

Part 2

Privacy Policy

1 Who We Are

This Privacy Policy covers both brands operated under the same ownership, based in Haryana, India:

  • Socialebox — a personal branding and social media agency serving founders, coaches, consultants, and businesses
  • High On Sales (highonsales.com) — a sales education brand offering coaching, programs, and Instagram/LinkedIn personal branding services

Both brands are operated under the same ownership. Engaging either brand means your data is handled under this shared Privacy Policy.

2 Information We Collect

When you engage with Socialebox — through inquiry, agreement, or payment — we collect only what is necessary to deliver our services:

  • Identity & Contact: Your full name, business name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number
  • Payment Information: Billing details, UPI ID, or bank account information for invoicing and payment processing. We do not store debit/credit card numbers.
  • Business Data: Brand assets, social media login credentials (where granted), business strategies, content calendars, and audience data — shared solely for service delivery
  • Communication Records: Emails, WhatsApp conversations, voice/video call recordings (only where you have consented)
  • Social Media Analytics: Account performance data, follower demographics, engagement metrics — accessed only on platforms you connect us to
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and basic website usage data if you visit our web properties

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, PAN details, or medical information unless explicitly required and consented to in writing.

3 How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Delivering the social media, branding, and consulting services you have engaged us for
  • Communicating updates, project progress, and reports related to your engagement
  • Processing invoices, receiving payments, and maintaining financial records as required by Indian law
  • Sending service-related communications and, where you have opted in, marketing updates from Socialebox
  • Resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations
  • Improving our internal processes and service quality

We will never use your data to make automated decisions that affect you, or for profiling unrelated to our services.

4 Data Sharing & Third Parties

Socialebox does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited information only with:

  • Service Tools: Cloud platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Notion), scheduling tools, design tools, and payment gateways used to deliver your project — all bound by their own privacy policies
  • Legal Authorities: If required by a court order, government authority, or applicable Indian law
  • Business Successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Socialebox, under binding confidentiality

No third party receives your data for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

5 Social Media Account Access

When you grant Socialebox access to your Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social media accounts, we commit to the following:

  • Access is used solely to perform agreed tasks (scheduling, analytics, content publishing)
  • We will not post, delete, or modify content outside the agreed scope
  • We will not share your login credentials with any third party
  • You may revoke access at any time — this does not affect payment obligations or entitle you to a refund

6 Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:

  • Using password-protected and encrypted tools for storing client credentials
  • Limiting access to client data to only those team members working on your account
  • Not storing payment card numbers or sensitive financial data on our own systems

While we maintain strong security practices, no digital system is 100% immune to breaches. In the unlikely event of a data incident affecting you, we will notify you promptly.

7 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your engagement with us is active, and thereafter:

  • Financial records (invoices, payment history): 7 years, as required under Indian accounting and tax laws
  • Project files, content, and communication logs: Up to 2 years post-engagement, unless you request earlier deletion
  • Social media credentials: Deleted or revoked immediately upon engagement end or upon your request

8 Cookies

If you visit any Socialebox web properties, we may use essential cookies to maintain functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies via your browser settings; some site features may not work as a result.

9 Your Rights

As a client or contact of Socialebox, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by emailing us
  • Raise a complaint if you believe your data has been mishandled

10 Third-Party Links

Our communications or web properties may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, payment portals). Socialebox is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those platforms. We encourage you to review their policies independently.

11 Children's Privacy

Socialebox's services are intended for business clients and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us immediately and we will delete that data.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be communicated to active clients via email and posted with a revised effective date. Continued engagement after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This pricing information covers services offered by both Socialebox and High On Sales. Both brands are operated under the same ownership and serve clients ranging from individual creators and coaches to established businesses and enterprises.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) with USD equivalents for international clients. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal or service agreement.

Payment Terms

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other local taxes as applicable)
  • International clients are invoiced in USD; INR pricing applies to India-based clients
  • Payment is due as per the schedule outlined in your invoice or service agreement
  • Socialebox accepts UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and international wire transfers
  • All payments are strictly non-refundable — please refer to our Terms & Conditions, Section 4
